Local SEO - proof or do not publish

City pages only when the city has proof

A find-and-replace city template is how you teach Google to ignore you. A city URL earns its keep when it has something that page alone can show: an address, photos of that room, reviews that name the place, a provider who actually works there.

The test

  • Can a stranger tell this page from the next city without reading the H1?
  • Is there a real NAP that matches the Google Business Profile?
  • Are the photos from that location, or stock with a city name in the filename?
  • If you deleted the city name, would the copy still be true?

Fail two of those and you do not need a city page. You need a better service page and a working profile. That work lives on Google Profile.

Service first, city second

Patients search the offer, then the place. /hormone-therapy/austin/ under a real service page beats a flat pile of /austin-seo/ clones.

One location, one profile

Do not stand up a second GBP to rank a neighboring city. A second listing needs a second address you actually occupy.

MarketMedical is national

This site does not get a template city farm. EvexiPEL geos exist because those markets have a real recruiting motion. That is the same rule we apply to your practice.

City-page questions

How many cities can we target?

As many as have unique proof. Ten thin pages are worse than two real ones. We will tell you no.

What about neighborhoods and ZIP codes?

Same test. A ZIP page with no office, no photos, and no reviews is a doorway. Google already knows that trick.

Send the cities you think you need

We will mark which ones have proof and which ones would be a liability.

One call. Real numbers. No pressure.
